Five quiet Murray River camps over a 13km stretch near Moama.
Bama campgrounds are spread along roughly 13km of riverbank in Murray Valley Regional Park. Although around half an hour from Moama, the camps feel remote and have high banks that limit direct water access.
Choose among the five areas using the official map and enjoy the river views from camp. Do not assume every site has a safe route to the water; check current access advice.

Getting there
All roads leading to Bama campgrounds are unsealed. 4WD vehicles recommended and roads can be inaccessible when wet. RVs/motorhomes are not recommended in these campgrounds. 9km east of Moama via Old Barmah Road. 9km south-west of Barmah (Victoria) via Barmah Road and Old Barmah Road.

- Check booking requirements and current NPWS park alerts before travelling.
- Campfires are permitted April to September, subject to current NPWS fire restrictions.
