Brambles Green is a tiny, boat-access camp on the lower Myall River. Pause here during a kayaking trip and enjoy the quiet that comes with leaving the road behind.
Brambles Green is an overnight option on a lower Myall River paddle or hike, reached without a normal drive-in campsite. Its facilities are basic, so bring supplies and any firewood needed for permitted wood barbecues.

Getting there
Brambles Green campground is in the Myall River precinct of Myall Lakes National Park. The campground can only be accessed by foot, via the Brambles Green fire trail (off Mungo Brush Road) or via the Tamboi boardwalk. You can also access the campground on boat via the lower Myall River. To get there: From Hawks Nest, follow Mungo Brush Road Drive for approximately 16km. Brambles Green trailhead is on the left shortly after passing Dark Point carpark. Leave the car here and follow Brambles Green trail for approximately 2km to the campground. Boat access: Boat ramps are available at Mungo Brush campground and Marine Drive, Tea Gardens. Road access: Sealed roads; 2WD vehicles.
