Doon Goonge is a place to slow down among Chaelundi’s wild forest and creek flats. Walk, fish or enjoy a simple day outdoors, then return to an unpowered bush campsite.
The campground has non-flush toilets, picnic tables and fire rings, but little else. Bring all water and equipment, and expect a genuine remote-area trip.

Getting there
High-clearance 4WD access only. Locked park gates require the code supplied after booking; camper trailers are best brought in from the west via Quartz Road.
