Federal Falls campground makes it easy to spend a night near Orange while exploring the conservation area. Follow nearby tracks and return to a simple forest camp.
Federal Falls and Snowgum walking tracks begin close to camp. An interpretive display also explains the Wiradjuri connection to this Country, making the site more than a stop for a night under the gums.

Getting there
On entering Mount Canobolas State Conservation Area, follow Mount Canobolas Road before turning right on Towac Road. Federal Falls campground is on the right. Road access: Unsealed roads; 2WD vehicles.
