Ingar is a quiet Blue Mountains stop for people travelling between Wentworth Falls and Woodford on foot or by bike. Its bush setting makes it easy to turn a day route into a slower overnight trip.
Picnic at camp, explore the connected trails or cool off at the nearby Ingar Creek dam when conditions allow. Check access and the current swimming advice before planning a visit.

Getting there
Ingar campground is in the Wentworth Falls area of Blue Mountains National Park. There's no vehicle access to this campground at this time. To get there: From Woodford: Travel south along Bedford Road for 4km Park at the Bedford Creek trail intersection Walk 5km along Bedford Creek trail and Ingar Road to Ingar campground. From Wentworth Falls: Travel south along Tableland Road for about 9km Park at the Andersons trail intersection, then walk or cycle for 13km along Andersons trail, Bedford Creek trail and Ingar Road. Please note that creeks can be flooded after rain. Road quality: Unsealed roads Vehicle access: 2WD vehicles Weather restrictions: 4WD required in wet weather Parking: Parking is available at the Bedford Creek trail turnoff from Murphy’s Road or at the Tableland Road and Andersons trail intersection.
