Getting there
Island Bend campground is in the Perisher area of Kosciuszko National Park. To get there from Jindabyne: Follow Kosciuszko Road towards Perisher Valley. After around 23km turn right into Guthega Road. Access to Island Bend campground is located 6km along Guthega Road. Road access: Most roads suitable for 2WD vehicles (no long vehicle access); Snow chains required after snow.
