Middle Beach campground sits in a small bushland clearing near the shore in Mimosa Rocks National Park. The campsites are about an 80m walk from the carpark, so pack with the short walk in mind.
Swim, snorkel, fish or kayak when conditions suit, then return to a small bushland camp. Plan for the walk between parking and your site when packing equipment.

Getting there
To reach Middle Beach campground, follow the Tathra-Bermagui Road and turn onto Haighs Road, just north of Tanja, then look for Middle Beach Road. If you reach Bithry Inlet you've gone too far and will need to go back the way you came. Park your car and follow the signs to the campground on foot. Road quality: Please note roads may be closed after heavy rainfall, check the local alerts and closures.
