Sheepstation Creek campground is set in the World Heritage rainforest landscape of Border Ranges National Park. Camping decks and sites for tents, caravans and motorhomes make it a useful base for different styles of trip.

Getting there
Sheepstation Creek campground is just off the Tweed Range Scenic Drive at the western entrance to the Scenic Drive. To get there: From Kyogle: Drive north along the Summerland Way to Wiangaree, then turn right onto Lynches Creek Road. Continue on Lynches Creek Road and Forest Road (follow signs) for 16km to the park entrance. Sheepstation Creek campground is on the left. From Lismore: Drive to Kyogle and then follow the directions from Kyogle. From Murwillumbah: Drive to Kyogle and then follow the directions from Kyogle. You can also enter the park via Williams Road and Creegans Road at Lillian Rock. Drive through the park on Tweed Range Scenic Drive to its western end and Sheepstation Creek. Please note that Tweed Range Scenic Drive is too narrow for caravans and buses. From Beaudesert and Rathdowney: If you're travelling from this direction, please note that Lions Road in NSW is closed until the end of 2025 for essential roadworks. Alternate directions are below: Continue south on Mount Lindesay Highway to the Summerland Way intersection. Take Summerland Way to Wiangaree From Wiangaree, take Lynches Creek Road towards the park. Directions to the park and campground are clearly signposted from this point. Road quality: Unsealed roads Vehicle access: 2WD vehicles Weather restrictions: All weather Parking: Parking is available in gravel carparks at Sheepstation Creek campground, including 1 accessible parking space near the first toilet block.
